How to Clear Your Cache

If you're experiencing problems logging in and out or find the slow to be slow, you may wish to clear your browser's cache. In fact, it's a good idea to do this on a regular basis. It's like an auto tune-up for your computer! Here's how:

Google Chrome
1. Click the Tools button at the top right (Spanner icon)
2. Click Options
3. Click "Under the Bonnet" on the top left 
4. Click the "Clear Browsing Data..." button
5. Select the "Empty the cache" box
6. Click the "Clear browsing data" button

Firefox
1. Click the "Firefox" orange button at the top left
2. Click "History"
3. Click "Clear Recent History"
4. Select the "Cache" box
5. Click the "Clear Now" button

Internet Explorer
1. Click the Tools button at the top right (Cog icon)
2. Click "Safety"
3. Click "Delete Browsing History"
4. Check the "Temporary Internet Files" item
5. Click the "Delete" button 

Safari
1. From the Safari menu, choose Empty Cache (Safari > Empty Cache)
2. In the warning dialog that appears, click on Empty
3. Reload the page in Safari
